Abstract

In article the conceptual control model of a power system the including is considered: creation of organizational-methodical support of control model of a power system; support of its functions for lowering of specific indexes of consumption fuel-power resources (FPR); usage of optimal power efficiency, proceeding from restricted financial resources of projects implementation of development of the enterprise.
