Abstract

The analysis of modern social, production and economic situation of the country settlements and territories of the state have been conducted in the article. The necessity of scientific and methodological accompaniment of introduction process of the innovative programmes and projects for the agrarian and industrial complex has been grounded. The main requirements to the innovative projects and programmes for steady technical and technological development of separate rural territory of Ukraine have been exposed.
