Research of physiological influence of the mayonnaise made on the basis of diacylycerol oil

The given work is devoted research of influence of the mayonnaise enriched diacylglycerol, on exchange processes in an organism. The obtained data testifies about nontoxicity a product. Mayonnaise on basis diacylglycerol oil shows hypocholesteremic, triacyglycerol lowering and antiatherogenic effects in comparison with traditional mayonnaise.References
