Global goals of IT-services supplier and consumer

One of the important tasks for achieving global goals in the area of information technologies is the task of formulating a unified definition of information systems. Particular attention should be given to a clear awareness of the need to adapt typical functional tasks of information systems and information technologies that implement these tasks in accordance with special features of particular enterprises and organizations. The main problem of creating information systems is the proper organization of such sequences presenting data that would ensure the formation of a unified integrated information representation of the object or process required to achieve the pre-set information system goals. The solution of these problems has resulted in an approach to forming a representation of the functional structure of information systems as a set of interrelated cost effective IT-services, the timely provision and execution of which gives an efficient and high-quality activity of a controlled object and / or process. The paper proposes one of the ways for solving the problem of developing definitions of basic terms in the field of information systems and technologies that will allow to formulate and solve the problem of forming a unified coherent information representation of the object or automation process at a formal level. The main attention is paid to allocating an information systems macrodesigning problem as that of analysis and synthesis of a set of IT-services, which will allow consumers to increase revenue or reduce costs to implement automated processes with limited costs for development, implementation and support of IT-services.References

A license agreement is a document in which the author warrants that he/she owns all copyright for the work (manuscript, article, etc.).
The authors, signing the License Agreement with TECHNOLOGY CENTER PC, have all rights to the further use of their work, provided that they link to our edition in which the work was published.
According to the terms of the License Agreement, the Publisher TECHNOLOGY CENTER PC does not take away your copyrights and receives permission from the authors to use and dissemination of the publication through the world's scientific resources (own electronic resources, scientometric databases, repositories, libraries, etc.).
In the absence of a signed License Agreement or in the absence of this agreement of identifiers allowing to identify the identity of the author, the editors have no right to work with the manuscript.
It is important to remember that there is another type of agreement between authors and publishers – when copyright is transferred from the authors to the publisher. In this case, the authors lose ownership of their work and may not use it in any way.
