One of the actual approaches to the study of functioning and administration peculiarities of commercial bank is a system analysis, which considers the bank as a complex system. Considering the bank as a complex system, one can figure out such kinds of structures as financial, informational, organizational and process. An important issue is a formalization of these structures that will make it possible for the administration to coordinate the bank activity and to achieve good performances in the sphere.
Nowadays there are no works including the description and formalization of the commercial bank activity from a position of system analyst, which reveal and analyze the functioning peculiarities of the whole bank sphere as well as the activity of particular commercial bank with the clear separation of components, structure and morphological modeling.
As a result of an analysis of the bank activity there was revealed a number of problems, the solution of which will encourage expanding of the prospects of its activity. To understand the functioning of commercial banks the formalization of the "bank" was held by building a "black box" model, which allows to determine the input of the system, outputs converted, and to assess the boundaries and the environment of the system. The analysis and formalization of the research object - commercial bank, are necessary steps for the development of conceptual model and mathematical implementation in the framework of scientific research, the purpose of which is to build a model of intelligent banking managementReferences
