QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN THE PROJECTS OF RADIATION RESISTANT COMPOSITE MATERIALS AND COATINGS CREATION

The design of modern radiation resistant materials and coatings is a complex multi criteria task. To solve it, together with some other important elements is to develop mechanisms of these materials quality control. This article grounds the necessity of systematic approach for comprehensive assessment quality factor of modern radiation resistant composite materials and coatings. The article suggests the methods of comprehensive quality factor calculation at the early stages of new radiation resistant compositions, based on “material-property-material” statistic system behavior. The authors developed a cognitive model as a mechanism of designed materials quality control taking into account the dynamic of reciprocal action of both prescribed and technological system factors. The use of cognitive approach allows to significantly improve completeness, accuracy and adequacy of quality control management.
