It is known that the organizational structure of the production and transport holding company should have a necessary and sufficient composition of the subdivisions and employees that provide the effective performance of all required functions. The structuring of the subdivisions in accordance with hierarchical principle determines which subdivisions are responsible for what and to which subdivisions, as well as the director’s responsibility is established for the actions of his subordinate employees and for the results of work of the entrusted subdivision.
Moreover, the main principles of forming of the organizational structures are the following:
- correspondence of the organizational structure with a specificity of the company, its type, size, branch;
- correspondence of the structure of the company with its strategy;
- observance of the norm of controllability (number of employees per one director);
- correlation of the main business processes and structural subdivision;
- responsibility of a single subdivision for single functional area, of the single official for a single task;
- fixation of the levels of subordination and schemes of distribution of tasks;
- correspondence of powers and responsibility.
The implementation of the temporal organizational structure of the multiproject into production and transport holding company is connected with need to join the principles of management of the holding company and the principles of project management that cause existence of conflict situations.
