Abstract

The scientific problem of modeling the basic parameters of infrastructure projects that affect the time, resource and financial projects limitations is examined in the article. The main objective of the investigation is to develop methods and systems for modeling product life cycle of infrastructure project. Usage of modern intellectual modeling allows project manager to collect and analyze information necessary for minimizing risks of infrastructure projects realization and to make optimal project decisions. Informative analysis of large-scale infrastructure projects of the world in terms of risks management of its implementation is carried out. The presented dynamic model of the life cycle of infrastructure project of airport "Lviv" construction allows to receive information using the discrete method and agent modeling. Practical realization of multi-agent model of infrastructure project of airport "Lviv" creation is performed in Anylogic simulation environment. The research results can be used by experts in the management of infrastructure projects at the stage of the project planning life cycle.
