The main goal of the university international activities is its internationalization through the global educational and scientific sphere. To achieve this goal the University management has to develop an effective strategy. The implementation of this strategy is possible with projects, programs and portfolios of projects.
Develop key measures for evaluation of University International Activity is the goal of this paper and will be the basis for developing a model of university international activity strategic management on the basis of the BSC in the future.
The paper used the method of Balanced Scorecard, proposed by D. Norton and R. Kaplan.
Developing the strategy of the international activities of the university on the basis of the BSC is proposed to consider it in five perspectives: finance; partners; clients; internal processes; training and development of staff , as well as measuring the degree of achievement of these objectives by key measures.
In assessing the key measures of international activity makes sense to place them in order of importance in each of the five perspectives and leave no more than five key and most important of these for each objectives. key measures should serve both to assess the impact of international activity, and for the assessment of the objectives simultaneously.
