Despite the large number of publications devoted to the task of resource allocation, for many companies it still remains an urgent task to develop an information system that would implement the model and the technology of distribution of scarce resources as an integrable subsystem in a decision support system. In the paper the problem of allocation of a scarce resource is solved based on the methodology of active systems, combining the advantages of the methods of open management and reverse priorities. The technology, developed for the distribution of requests between electric vehicles, is implemented in a resource allocation subsystem. The subsystem is one of the subsystems of the management information system of a taxi enterprise. Due to the architecture of software modules, which can be easily integrated into existing decision support systems, the obtained results can be used in various enterprises that face the need to solve the problem of resource allocation.
