Abstract

One should realize a set of the integrated agricultural production programs. To manage them it is needed to take into consideration the formation features of production and technological risk which is one of the main preconditions of the efficiency of these programs realization. The main reasons that predetermine production and technological risk in the integrated agricultural production programs are firstly considered in this article. The detailing of risk reasons in the integrated agricultural production programs is conducted on the basis of the system analysis that is the first stage in the research of production and technological risk. In the article it is determined that the reasons of production and technological risk in the integrated agricultural production programs objectively exist in three spheres – intra-system, outwardly system, intersystem. The dependences between the constituents of production and technological risk in the integrated agricultural production programs are also outlined implicitly.

The obtained results are preconditions of the development of tools for management of production and technological risk in the integrated agricultural production programs and grounding of effective anti-risk measures.
