Formation of multiproject environment caused by the necessity of a unified methodology for the management of large (usually geographically distributed) projects with common resources.
As in the multiproject management projects compete for the available resources in the organization, there is a need to develop effective methods for forming teams multiproject. An integrated approach to the management of competences in the formation of the project team will increase the efficiency of human resource management in the project. Using the profile of the team will determine the multiproject critical competencies, the opportunities for intact teams, direction of personnel reserve formation.
The competence management technique at multiproject team building is offered. A modified method of management competencies for management of human resources throughout the life of the multiproject is offered.
