Abstract

Despite the large number of works devoted to the analysis and project risks management, there has not yet been established a universal and comprehensive adaptive structure of project risks management system for timely identification and reduction of risks to the lowest level possible. The article presents  process models of the project risks management system and a mechanism of risks reduction from the standpoint of systems analysis, allowing the improvement of the effectiveness of decision-making, providing a precise answer as to the need of reduction, acceptance, transfer or avoidance of  the project risk and providing possible amendment of the risk reduction plan. The suggested adaptive structure of the project risks management system is the basis for design, implementation and maintenance of projects in different risk situation
