The article justifies the importance of applying the principles of synergetics while considering the control questions of labour protection at an enterprise.
The existing traditional approach to any aspect of labour protection will not take into account the complexity of the problems, arising in relation to each of them. In this respect, the synergetics method was selected for the analysis. The synergistics method to several systems is analyzed in terms of the interactions of their goals. On the example of workers in the sector of information technologies we showed the construction of a system of differential equations, which take into account harmful working conditions at a workplace. This layer can be generalized for the entire working group by the harmonization of the goals. The determination of the bifurcation spheres of each layer will determine the critical influence of the control parameters
