The article represents the mechanism of capacity building of competitiveness of enterprises by statistical methods of control and management of the quality of products, allowing taking into account the variability of the process of production of raw materials, etc. The calculation of the capability indices of the technological process of production of concrete of mark 200, according to one of the enterprises of the construction industry of Penza region, was carried out. The quantitative assessment of control of processes and forecast of the defect level of products were carried out by the calculation of reproducibility and suitability indices. The formulas for calculation of own and total variability of the process were presented. The study showed that the process was stable according to the spread, but not stable according to the setup. The level of inconsistency of such process was no more than 2.63% but not less than 0.64%. At a stable setup of the process on the middle of the tolerance zone, the level of non-compliance will be 0.64%. The article provides recommendations for increase of enterprise competitiveness, which consists in the application of reproducibility and suitability indices for control of the production processReferences
