The article considers the relevance of early treatment of people with heart diseases. We have justified creation of a method of express-diagnostics of the functional state of the cardiovascular system, which was based on the analysis of gas components of air that a patient breathed. To achieve this goal a software and hardware complex of the ”Electronic nose” type was created. This article provides a brief description of its structure.
The common diseases of the cardiovascular system were analyzed: coronary heart disease, mitral and aortic stenosis. We described their specificity and argued the importance of early diagnosis for rapid medical care. The study included patients with these diagnoses, as well as a control group (healthy patients).
The results of the statistical data processing were formulated: the differences between the samples of indoor air, samples of healthy patients and patients with cardiovascular diseases were found.
The suggested method helps solve effectively the problem of the rapid determination of diagnosis and the problem of detection of exhaled patient sample into components.
