The article “Search of reserves of improvement of quality system at machinery plant” studies the method of search of the reserves of improvement of the quality system at machinery plants, which would permit to give more comprehensive characteristics of potential opportunities to improve its effectiveness. For successful creation and implementation of the quality system it is necessary to use the data on the actual effectiveness of the implemented variants of functional subsystems of quality systems.The multidirectional forces affect constantly the quality system: the tendency of structure for self-preservation and factors, which require its change.
The relationship between the properties of stability and variability in the quality system should ensure the most effective and stable operation under conditions of high dynamics of the quality parameters of products.
It is appropriate for practical activity to the design the diagnostic testing algorithm taking into account the specificity of production to the reserves of improvement of the quality system. The reserves of improvement of the quality of work of administration are possible due to the qualitative subprocesses of quality system: obligations of administration, market orientation, quality policy, planning, responsibility, authority and information, administration analysis.
