Time management of the beginning of works in projects of harvest the sugar beet

Abstract

In the article influence of the planned calendar beginning of harvest works of sugar beet is exposed on the risk of volume of the collected harvest. The quantitative values of risk of the optimum beginning of works are set, and also risks of computer-integrated functional indexes of projects for the optimum beginning of collective works.
