Анотація

Представлено огляд методів отримання тензора діелектричної  проникності багатошарової вуглецевої нанотрубки (БШВНТ) і використання скінченно-елементного підходу для розрахунку розсіяння плоских електромагнітних хвиль  на БШВНТ в оптичному діапазоні. Приведено результати  розрахунку розсіяння плоских електромагнітних хвиль на одній БШВНТ  для паралельно і нормально поляризованих векторів електричних полів падаючої хвилі відносно осі БШВНТ
