A program of special psychological training women's volleyball teams. This program takes into account the specifics of the game of volleyball, sex and age athletes. The main achievement of the recommended program is the consideration of female psychology with a focus on the variability of emotional reactions to the comment as a coach, and the conflicts in the team. Emphasizes the importance of plants that not only affect the individual athlete, and as a whole, on the team. Highlights the need for learning self-control and self-regulation techniques. One of the challenges and potential of positive results is to direct the efforts of the players to create a favorable psychological climate in the team as one of the main conditions to improve and sustain competitive success in the women's volleyball teamReferences
