The current pedagogical process of training the future social workers has an important issue of getting students acquire not only the knowledge but also the practical skills that can be used in work with clients. The professional education in social area is meant to satisfy needs, interests and goals of each student with respect to self-actualization, self-fulfillment, and further plans for engagement in various areas of social work. The correlation between theoretical and practical components in social work, as well as between the general and special purpose training, requires that both educational materials and educational process in general be organized in a certain way. In order to figure out the readiness condition of the contents of theoretical and practical materials more clearly, express and plan the development potential of lectures and classes more acurately, one should define the contemplated result in advance, choose the tools, methods and ways which can be used to achieve the result, and forecast the process of achieving the result. The contents of educational materials, forms, methods and techniques of work that increase the productivity of students in various pedagogical situations (cognitive, training, gaming) can be viewed as instruments impacting the efficiency of educational process. The experimentally and practically confirmed instruments serve as factors strengthening productivity of education and pedagogical action. Bringing methodological techniques into educational process and differentiation of educational forms help improve the processing of theoretical materials, encourage knowledge discovery among students, and give the possibility to gain more expertise in social work area.References
