INTERACTION OF SPECIALISTS IN THE PROCESS OF PROVISION OF PATRONAGE

. The article analyzes research on interaction of specialists in the process of social protection, social work and provision of social services. Approaches of scientists to definition of “interdepartmental”, “interdisciplinary” interaction are considered, differences of interdepartmental and interdisciplinary interaction of specialists of territorial communities are outlined, functions of interdepartmental interaction in solving social problems within the territorial community are singled out. Legislation regulating this interaction is presented, specialists of the interdisciplinary team are identified. The importance of interdisciplinary interaction in the process of case management and implementation of tasks of social support of vulnerable families, the importance of an interactive team approach in the provision during the integration social services are recorded. Stages of providing foster care services are presented as identifying families with children who need foster care service; planning to transfer the child to foster family; case opening; developing a plan and providing services in accordance with identified needs; monitoring the implementation of the individual plan; preparing a child for relocation; relocation of a child from foster family; case completion; assessment of the quality of service provision; support for a family with a child. Peculiarities of interdepartmental and interdisciplinary interaction of specialists at different stages in the process of conducting a case of a family whose child has been transferred to foster care are described. Coordinators of interdisciplinary interaction in accordance with the outlined goal in the process of case management, the role of the foster carer as a member of the interdisciplinary team are determined. Features of the training program for members of the interdisciplinary team on partnership, interaction and decision-making in the best interests of the child in the process of providing foster care services, the results of the survey of training participants are presented. The importance of cooperation of specialists in the process of providing foster care services in the community and preparing them for this team interaction is outlined.References
