The current conflict of interests between the carrier and the passenger, sharpened by the outdated state of the existing system of passenger car transportation, requires from the organizers a clear structure of interaction between carriers and passengers based on the effective system of organization of urban passenger transport operation, which is ensured by the introduction of a single logistic (dispatching) center in the organization of passenger transportation by the city transport. The conducted monitoring of the organization of urban passenger transportation in the present systems leads to the conclusion that the current organizational status of passenger transportation has a significant effect not only on the security and organization of passenger transportation, but also on its quality, the inadequacy of which is felt by passengers as users of transport services. Improving the quality of transportation will provide a real opportunity to raise the level of competitiveness of road transport enterprises engaged in the process of passenger transportation, which in its turn will eliminate the conflict situation between carriers and passengers in terms of transportation quality. The article considers and analyzes the values of the optimal system for organizing urban passenger transportation, examines the possibility of using two variants of the existing systems of organization of transportation by passenger urban transport, analyzes the need for the introduction of a single dispatching (logistic) center into the operation of urban transportReferences
