Declaration on the Use of Artificial Intelligence

Declaration on the Use of Artificial Intelligence and AI-Supported Technologies

The journal "Visnyk of the National Academy of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts" policy on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools is based on the statements of COPE, WAME, JAMA Network, and the recommendations of ICMJE.

Authors are required to provide information about the use of AI tools in writing the article.

In the cover letter to the journal's editorial office, authors must describe how AI technology was used: during manuscript writing, creation of images or graphic elements of the article, data collection and analysis, etc. They should specify which AI tool was used.

AI tools cannot be listed as authors of the article, as they do not meet the criteria for authorship because they cannot be held responsible for the work submitted. As non-legal entities, they cannot claim the presence or absence of conflicts of interest, nor can they manage authorship or licensing agreements.

Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the presented material, the absence of plagiarism in the work created by chatbots (such as ChatGPT, etc.), and for acknowledging all sources (including materials created by chatbots) in their article.
