Archiving and Long-Term Open Access Policy, including information about repositories, technical infrastructure, and accessibility guarantees.
The Journal ensures long-term digital preservation and free access to all published materials, adhering to the principles of open access and academic integrity in scholarly publishing, through the following instruments:
• Repositories:
Full-text, real-time access to all journal publications is provided through the “Archives” section on the journal’s official website. The archive contains all issues and individual articles of the journal without any time limitations on storage. In addition, the journal stores its metadata and full-text articles in the repository of the National Academy of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts. To ensure protection against data loss, the journal’s electronic archive is deposited for preservation with the V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
• Technical Infrastructure:
All journal materials are archived in stable electronic formats that ensure their long-term accessibility, reproducibility, and proper citation. Metadata and full texts of publications may be indexed in national and international information and scientometric systems. The journal performs regular backups of its issues and monitors technological aspects to prevent risks related to format conversion or software obsolescence.
• Accessibility Guarantees:
The journal uses sustainable file formats (PDF/A) to ensure the readability of scholarly content, assigns a DOI to each document to guarantee persistent identification and retrieval, and complies with OpenAIRE standards to support indexing. Journal materials available in specialized databases (the journal’s website, the website of the National Academy of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts, the V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine of the NAS of Ukraine, etc.) are provided free of charge.
