Open Access Policy and Terms of Use for Copyrighted Material

OPEN ACCESS POLICY

The scientific journal "National Academy of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts Herald" adheres to an open access policy (Open Access). All articles are accessible to all users (and their institutions) indefinitely immediately upon publication of the issue. Real-time full-text access to the journal’s scientific articles is available on the journal’s official website in the Archive section. An electronic copy of the journal is stored at the Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine and on the website of the National Academy of Culture and Arts Management, specifically in the Repository.

The journal provides open access to its content under the terms of a non-exclusive Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence, under which all published works are licensed with mandatory indication of authorship.

TERMS OF USE OF COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL

Authors retain all copyright and simultaneously grant the journal the right of first publication under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence. Under the terms of this licence, others are free to use, copy, distribute, reproduce, adapt and publicly display the article in any format, including for commercial purposes, provided that the authorship is acknowledged and a link to the source of publication is provided.

Should any changes be made to the article, the user must notify the journal.
Use of the article under this licence does not restrict the author’s right to further distribute their own work and promotes open access to scientific results.

The journal’s licensing policy is compatible with most international policies on open access and the archiving of scientific materials. The editorial board supports the recommendations of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), as well as those of UNESCO regarding open access, and promotes their implementation in its publishing activities.
