OPEN ACCESS POLICY
The scholarly journal "Bulletin of the National Academy of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts" adheres to an Open Access policy. All articles are made available permanently and free of charge to all users (and their institutions) immediately upon publication of an issue. Full-text, real-time access to the journal’s scholarly articles is provided on the journal’s official website in the Archive section. An electronic copy of the publication is stored in the V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine.
The journal provides access to its content under a non-exclusive Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC BY 4.0). All works are licensed in accordance with the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
TERMS OF USE OF COPYRIGHTED WORKS
Authors retain all copyrights and simultaneously grant the journal the right of first publication under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International license (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) ([http://www.creativecommons.org.ua/translation](http://www.creativecommons.org.ua/translation)), which permits the distribution of their material with proper attribution and indication of its original publication in this journal. Under the terms of this license, the use and distribution of the material are permitted with mandatory attribution to the author and a reference to the source; modification of the content and its use for commercial purposes are not permitted.
Authors have the right to enter into separate additional agreements for the non-exclusive distribution of the work in the form in which it was published in this journal (for example, by depositing the work in an institutional repository or publishing it as part of a monograph), provided that a reference to the work’s first publication in this journal is maintained.
The journal’s licensing policy is compatible with the vast majority of open access and material archiving policies. The Editorial Board supports the recommendations of the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) as well as UNESCO’s recommendations on open access and makes efforts to implement them in its publishing activities.
