The article deals with the peculiarities of sociopsychological aspect of kratology discourse. The basic features of sociopsychological nature of volitional directions of power; carried out a comparative analysis of the legitimacy and legitimation in the structure of the legal direction; the specificity of antiegalitarizm and rationalism as the principles of socio-rational directions; examined some aspects of the "metaphysical" the part of the powers.
