The role of the state is leading in designing new education programmes during the transition period underway in Ukraine. The new system of education in Ukraine in general complies to world tendencies for higher education to develop. However, Europe-oriented development should account for not only European values, but also Ukrainian constituents i.e. national sources of development. This has much to do with art criticism, especially in the field of education.Downloads
