Abstract

In the article conception of private higher educational establishment of Ukraine is analysed and him normative,educational, public іntentio in modern realities. On the basis of the humanitarian philosophical understanding of essenceof education in modern society, it phenomenological weight, an author tries to formulate base principles of activity ofUkrainian higher private school. The analysis of existent problems and expected results of transformation of higher educational тestablishment of private form is determined development of the view-valued and in-theoretical aspects of educationaland public work in the context of implementation of new educational law "On higher education".
