The article is concerned with revelation of specialty of philosophical view of N.A. Berdyaev to a question of work and property during their evolution. The view of the work and property problem at an oeuvre of philosopher was investigatedand further changes and development were retraced. Actual conceptions are put in context of comment of socialismand capitalism by Berdyaev. Revealed religious and spiritual foundations of work and property, the creative nature ofthe work and its quality hierarchy. Highlighted the way out of the crisis proposed by the philosopher.
