Abstract. It’s saidin the article that now it becomes extremely important among modern specialists in the
construction field the striving and the ability to an independent search of appropriate information,the acquisition of background knowledge which isthe theoretical basis of professional activity as well as the skills to create and implement new strategies of behavior and professional activity.Informational-communicative component is one of the main in the structure of specialist training to social and professional activities in the field of construction. Essential methods of informational-communicative competence formationare considered in this paper.
