Abstract

Abstract. The article is about what happening between individuals and nations recently. Is a kind of
assassinations of scientists and thinkers in electronic science, fearing the development of deadly weapons or the invention of sophisticated technology and more effective or sophisticated drugs, which is today called
"War Of Minds", And instead of killing and depriving a person of the most fundamental rights such as the
right to life, which is guaranteed by all international conventions but has been using an advanced means to create hallucinations in the human mind or to calm its effectiveness and to extinguish its roots or to completely distract from thinking, Because of the revolution of backward reality and what inspires in the hearts of some people from jealousy and envy.
