Self-management as a basic professional competence of the artist in modern cultural space

The purpose of the article is to analyze Self-Management as an important Basic Professional Competence that influences the Self-Realization of the Artist. The methodology of the research is a general scientific theoretical method of analysis that allowed to trace the influence of Self-Management on the formation and development of creative personality in the cultural environment. The scientific novelty is connected with the definition of theory and practice of formation in the aspect of the problem of Self-Management of creative personality in the modern Сultural Space. Conclusions. The research found that Self-Management is a necessary Basic Professional Competence in the Self-Realization of the Subject Of the modern Cultural Space. Professional Competence and knowledge and skills in Self-Management help to solve various tasks in the activity of the formed personality without which it is impossible to achieve a high level of development in culture. The unity of professional and creative abilities and effective methods of Self-Management solve the most acute problems in promoting their own works of art in the activity of Artists.
