The purpose of the article is the theoretical and methodological understanding and justification of the role of creative management in the development of creative industries, through the prism of the cultural dimension. The research methodology is based on a comprehensive analysis of the charateristics of creative management as a driver of the development of creative industries, using analytical, structural-logical, comparative methods and theoretical generalisation. The scientific novelty lies in the presentation of the results of the study of the multifunctionality of creative management as a driver of the development of creative industries in Ukraine, through the prism of the cultural dimension. Conclusions. The study analyses the key role of creative management in the context of the development of cultural processes in Ukraine, analysing the challenges of globalisation and the prospects for the development of creative industries. The dynamic transformations of cultural diversity are substantiated through the prism of the implementation of creative management. The concept of the cultural dimension of creative management in the creative industries of Ukraine is generated and substantiated. The relevance of broadening the scope of cultural research to include mechanisms by which creative industries can be a platform for cultural dialogue, exchange and innovation is highlighted.
