Information on article processing and publication fees

The article processing fee is a charge paid by authors to the journal to cover the costs of manuscript handling, peer review, and/or publication of articles, including printing, registration in databases, storage of content in open access, distribution of mandatory copies to libraries of Ukraine, as well as the assignment of an international digital identifier (DOI).

For publication in the scientific journal “National Academy of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts Herald”, the author pays 500 UAH.
A printed copy is included in the fee.

Academic, research, and teaching staff of the National Academy of Culture and Arts Management are granted a 50% discount for publishing in the journal – 250 UAH.

Applicants for the third level of higher education enrolled in state-funded programs (regardless of the higher education institution), who have authored articles independently (without co-authors), are exempt from any article-related fees or charges.

Important! Payment is accepted only after successful peer review and acceptance of the article for publication. The editorial board will notify the author by email, providing the payment details for the article’s publication fee. An electronic copy of the payment receipt must be sent to the editorial board’s email address.
