Abstract

The paper presents data on existing technologies for charcoal. The structure of the process, shows the methodological approaches to the management processes othodoobrazovaniya through formal transformation of a functional model of this process. The advantages of the technology changes, allowing a few times to reduce the amount of waste for charcoal
