Passenger service technologies at airports of Vietnam

In the article the level and experience of organization and technology of passenger service at airports of Vietnam are analyzed. An approach to the estimation of the equipment optimal number for all passenger service technology stages at the airport is submitted. The service intensity, operation costs and performance of modern equipment were taken into account
