Using the differential equations of motion and energy as well as the locking system of relations found for distribution of pressure in the gas suspension, the interfacial interaction force, velocity of particles, the volume fraction of solids, the density of nozzles along the carrier gas, as well as in its output section. It is shown how it affects the distribution of the concentration of carbon powder, heating the gas suspension, the pressure in the hearth tuyere and particle shape
