The article have studied the kinetics of amidation of linseed oil by diethylenetriamine at temperatures 413K - 453K and different molar ratios. It was shown that in this case a multi-component mixture was formed, containing derivatives of fatty acids of linseed oil. According to experimental data, we have drawn the kinetic dependences of formation and consumption of the components of reaction mass. We have calculated the constants of speed of amidation reaction of linseed oil triacylglycerols. Among the reaction products, the most important are the surfactant monoacylglycerols and diacylglycerols. Therefore, we have studied the conditions of the conversion of triacylglycerols into diacylglycerols and monoacylglycerols. Using the experimental data, we have determined the optimal parameters of the product obtaining for the conditions considered with a maximum content of monoacylglycerols and diacylglycerols. These findings have become a scientific basis for the development of more simple, compared to the currently used energy-intensive, multi-step hardware with complex technologies, and low-cost technology and technological scheme of obtaining of monoacylglycerols and diacylglycerolsReferences
