H∞ optimization PID control of large-sized monocrystals growing

The article consider algorithm of synthesis robust PID controller with the use of infinity norms of transfer functions of closed loop systems in the Hardy space. The algorithm can be used to improve the efficiency of process control, and the evaluation parameters of the model object management are conducted on the basis of normal operation.References
