Method of rational scheme choice for solid waste disposal

The technique for determination of garbage trucks rational capacity from the available number of vehicles that allows selecting the make of the car with the most appropriate capacity corresponding to the possible volume of traffic is developed. The schemes of solid waste collection and disposal, which can provide garbage collection according to the storage system, "removable collections" or "non-removable collections" and according to the "leave on the edge" or "on call" systems are offered, in addition each scheme can be used at the enterprise in question. The objective function for each of the four proposed schemes of solid waste disposal arrangement (SW), which takes into account the cost: for a single waste disposal, waste delivery, development of environmental documents, resettlement of the location for a particular type of waste is determined. To assess the degree of influence of external factors on the cost of collection and transportation of solid waste there was composed a regression model. The adequacy of the regression model was assessed using the Fisher's criterion (F-criterion), which is the ratio of variance adequacy to the average variance of the whole experiment.
