THE EXPERIENCE FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF STRATEGIC MARKETING RESEARCH WITH THE USE OF METHODOLOGY FORESIGHT IN UKRAINE

The article is devoted to problem of strategic marketing research application using Foresight methodology based on a method of target panels for scientific and technological development forecasting and determination a priority areas of scientific researches and developments in Ukraine. The research is aimed at determination the list of critical technologies and promising directions of high technologies development on the grounds of expert judgements.
In the article there are provided a methodological approach to the researches and its results – comparative positions of Ukraine relative to other countries concerning developed high technologies in accordance with priority areas of scientific researches, “Experts of Ukraine” and “High Technologies” data bases, list of crucial technologies for Ukraine that became determinative for forming the priority areas of scientific and technological development in the medium-term prospect.
The article authors conclude about necessity of permanent Foresight researches that is especially urgent in crisis period and in time of technological setup change.References
