Measurement of accuracy of grinding of nonrigid details with curvilinear generatrix

Experimentally proved that the measurement of non-rigid machine components by contacts methods of measurements give erroneous results due to the interaction force to the part, which defined by the deformation process of this force.
This problem is very important for measurement of accuracy mandrels of cold-rolling pipe (CRP) machine on special grinding machine. This is especially important for mandrels of small diameters and large length. The use of additional support on the grinding machine does not allow for measurement the parameters of beats. So for the full measurement cycle in a single pass need use to alternative approaches to accounting for measurement error.
