Systematic approach to solving scientific problems creating thermovacuum drying process of heterogeneous materials

One of the promising trends in the modern approach to efficient use of natural and energy resources is implementation of the concept of heat exchange processes enhancement during moister removal from heterogeneous materials. One of the ways to solve the problem in a resource-constrained environment at this stage of industrial production development is a wider electrical energy uze in heat technology processes, which requires development of new drying techniques and new thermotechnological installations.
This study provides an investigation of heat-mass-exchange processes that allow to accelerate the process of moister removal from heterogeneous materials depending on the operating parameters of thermal vacuum drying installations. It has been shown that the most efficient method for dehydratation of materials is the thermal vacuum method. The investigation results prove perspectiveness of this direction.References
