Problem solving-procedure is offered for system improving in elements of gas turbine engines (GTE) on the basis of probabilistic criteria. Search of rational solutions of multi-criterion problems of parameter optimization is realized on the basis of the offered method of stochastic optimization that allows finding solutions with prescribed accuracy and attracting less informational means than standard methods. Examples of realizing the proposed method by selection of parameters of (GTE) elements are considered
