Abstract

The features of management the government programs and projects of guarantying of safety of vital functions are marked on the basis of approach of the systems. The system-project is selected on the system-product, which cooperate between itself in the process of management. The basic grounds of finding out of reason-consequences connections in the projects management is expose.
