Abstract

The article describes the conversion technique of the continuous automatic control system with controls into a digital form, for the technological processes control by modern controllers. The main purpose of the research is the adaptation of the continuous control system using the apparatus of digital transfer functions to the peculiarities of functioning of digital control equipment. The article describes the digitization procedure of components of continuous law of control, which was built on a cascade of controllers with an internal model. Attention is paid to the optimization of resultant digital algorithm to reduce the consumption of hardware resources of industrial controllers. Digital control system is designed on the example of the temperature control loop of primary steam of direct flow boiler of power station. The results obtained allow us to speak about the high quality of the control system operation, due to the characteristics of controls with internal model, and the possibility of its application on the objects of heat and power engineering.
