Abstract

In recent decades, the world has changed its attitude to the problem of improvement of the quality of produced items. While solving the problem of the organization of production, which guarantees high quality of items, a certain role has the control of technological processes. It is necessary to note, that usually the verification of finished goods is held not for the detection of defects, but for the identification of deviations from the consumer qualities or for the improvement of the control of production. In our opinion, the less the results of the quality will be defined by input actions and reactions of an item, the more valid the quality control will be. The properties of an item can be estimated the most accurately, if you will take into account the interaction of its components according to their parameters. In this work we attempt to implement the process of determining the properties of an item by comparing the parameters of interacting components with the digital model, made up of the expected values of the parameters of these components.
The method of multidimensional control of technological processes that we have been developing is based on a formal representation of the produced item in the form of ratios between the stream and the difference values. In the obtained model we built into the set of parameters of an item and the set of constituents of the core of the model in a parametric space. The advantage of this method is the possibility of quick intervention in the technological process at any stage in order to prevent the output of defective items at the stage of production.
