Анотація

Представлено результати виявлення бактерій Cronobacter spp. із сирого молока корів та з об’єктів молочних ферм. З досліджених проб було виділено та відібрано 25 ізолятів для ПЛР з 16S рРНК геном. Результати доводять, що середовище молочних ферм є потенційним джерелом цих мікроорганізмів в сирому молоці. Дані є корисними для оцінки мікробіологічного ризику щодо бактерій Cronobacter spp
