The aim of the article is to analyze the mechanisms of influence of Ukrainian feature films on social processes. The research methodology is based on the application of the system analysis method (to consider Ukrainian feature films as a holistic system that functions in the context of cultural diplomacy and public discussions); the historical method (to analyze the cinematic process after 2014 as a reaction to the Revolution of Dignity and Russian aggression); a comprehensive culturological approach (to study cinema as an artistic phenomenon that simultaneously performs social, political and cultural functions); content analysis method (for direct analysis of the content of the films “Tribe”, “Atlantis” and “Home”, identifying key narratives and artistic techniques in them); comparative analysis method (for comparing selected films and identifying differences in their artistic approaches to understanding traumatic experience); generalization method (for formulating conclusions about the role of Ukrainian cinema in cultural diplomacy based on the analysis of individual examples). The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that for the first time in Ukrainian cultural studies, films that have gained international recognition – “Tribe”, “Atlantis” and “Home” – have been systematically analyzed as examples of Ukrainian feature films that serve as a tool of cultural diplomacy and a catalyst for public discussions; the mechanisms by which these films, using different artistic approaches (radical experiment, dystopia, personal drama), destroy stereotypes about Ukraine and actualize important social problems at the international level have been clarified; It is proven that Ukrainian feature films after 2014 have transformed from an entertainment product into a powerful resource for forming a positive image of the country, affirming national identity and philosophically understanding traumatic experiences; it is shown that the international success of Ukrainian films is caused not only by the relevance of their themes, but also by the ability to find a universal response from viewers, focusing on universal human values. Conclusions. It is concluded that Ukrainian feature films after 2014 have turned into a powerful tool of cultural diplomacy. Films such as "The Tribe", "Atlantis" and "Home" destroy stereotypes about Ukraine, demonstrating it as a source of innovative art and deep reflection. These films not only make sense of the traumatic experience of war, but also actualize universal themes of humanity, identity and resilience, contributing to international dialogue and the establishment of Ukraine as a multifaceted cultural community.
